hey all! haven been updating for awhile.. heh. busy buying and packing food, clothes, and many other stuffffff these few days. I AM ALL PREPARED to start sch! i have to admit that it is finally starting.... after the long 9 months break.. hope everything goes well for me.. pray hard for me friendssss =)
I read this article how to file a complain and win.. and i think it is really very true, informative and interesting! very suitable for me, coz i always like to complain.. heh.. so, this article mention that one should stay calm, remain polite, be flexible, act quickly and of course get the one with the most authority to talk to u. yep, to think abt it, u have to get your point over and get want u want peacefully.. and when that's settled, den start scolding.. hahahhaa... well, that's me.. hehehe
